The childbirth education profession continues to grow, and the market for new products and services grows with it! Exhibiting Companies Receive:

  • Complimentary listing in conference program book
  • Two (2) complimentary Product Gallery-only passes
  • One (1) discounted (50 percent) full-conference registration
  • One (1) 4' x 6' table or high boy tabletop that includes: one (1) table skirt, two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket and one (1) identification sign
  • New! Inclusion in the Passport to Prizes game: Attendees will visit every booth in the Product Gallery for a sticker/stamp, and will be entered into a raffle once all booths have been visited. We ask each supplier to please donate a prize for the winners. 

Exhibit Fees

  • Corporate 4' x 6' Table: $900 (by January 11, 2019); $1,000 (after January 11,2019)
  • Non-Profit, Author, Original Artist 4' x 6' Table: $750
  • Non-Profit, Author, Original Artist High Boy Round Table: $500

6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Connections Party – Located outside of Product Gallery; suppliers are encouraged to attend and network. 
Saturday
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Breakfast/Networking
8:45 a.m.    Special Announcement: Attendee prize giveaway (must be present to win)
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Supplier Tear-down
