Prenatal Yoga is preparation for birth. It also gives pregnant people the skills they need to exercise postpartum to help alleviate pain and discomfort as well as speed recovery after birth. In our time together, we'll focus on simple exercises that are safe prenatally, and have the intention to restore and heal postpartum. Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can move, and bring a towel with you to class.
